what do you think of the “yoga booty” workouts?

i was reading reviews on amazon.com and i read a LOT of mixed feelings on them. i don’t want a hardcore workout, i just want to lose a couple pounds and get more into shape. i thought the yoga booty workouts seemed fun and less “work-out-y”. if anyone has tried them or knows someone who has, please help. thank you 8D
