Not long ago, I decided to include plyometric training exercises as part of my exercise program. Several years ago, I tried all kinds of exercise to improve my vertical jump. I found that plyometric training permit a substantial improvement in my vertical jump ability and greatly improved my leg strength. In my experience, the most useful exercises plyometric are used as part of a scheme to improve the ability to skip wetting effects.

As a schoolboy, I became fixed on increasing my vertical jump ability. As was the case with push-ups every time our fitness classes and our ability to jump, I became an animal very competitive. As I recall, I took second place in the whole school during my first year with a 34 "Effort. The school champion was able to jump 36" and later became part of the starting lineup of the basketball team at the University Connecticut. Then she decided to hone plyometric training exercises as a way to improve my vertical jump. My first experiment was a program called Air Alert II. The conclusion is that it taught me some pretty bad habits.

The program called Air Alert II was nothing more than over-promising technique to increase ten-inch vertical jump. Although these guarantees have been attractive for a teenager, worth slightly more than the paper it was printed, and certainly not the $ 10 actually paid for them. The main problem with Air Alert II (much like similar programs) was the requirement of five consecutive days of plyometric training. Consider theory behind the exercise bench press. A person wishing to build strong force is encouraged to complete several sets of 1-3 reps with a lot weight. Following this analogy, a program such as this suggest that 100 repetitions with a full bar with no weight. Resistance can win, but it is very unlikely that they build remarkable strength. In addition, never be a good idea to work in the bench press for five consecutive days.

In my opinion the most effective way to gain leg strength and improve your vertical jump is to focus on repeating plyometric training during training. The movement in question plyometric determined, at least in part, how many repetitions are recommended. Some movements plyometric are optimized by performing five repetitions and other changes require ten to fifteen repetitions. No matter what exercise is difficulty, it is always important to give everything. When you are able to jump several meters into the air, it makes little sense to form to jump over a foot.

Plyometric Exercises

Only hard work will notice fat loss. For me, plyometric training is much nicer to work on the elliptical machine or stationary bike. Also interesting is the fact that the plyometric training gives me more strength in my legs, but does not bulky muscles and ugly. Therefore, no matter if you're interested in improving their skills jumping, wet, or just to get a more impressive physical to do something which is not cardio, plyometric drills can be an excellent choice for you.
