Recommendations for foot pain

What are your recommendations for someone who is about 50 years and in pain for feet with aging? She was a doctor, but has only given painkillers and told him that it's something we have to live. Do you know of any creams, foot scrub, massage, foot baths, or who helped you or someone you know with foot pain? Are there Dietary changes may also naturally do to help reduce discomfort? Yes, I have the same problem. I went to a doctor and feet had to examine my feet. Although it does not give me medication.
