Anyone Know Of A More Accurate Body Mass Index?

OK so i was using a body mass index caculator and i know im over weight but it said that a health body weight for 5′ 11″(which is my height) is like 180lbs but i know that because of the build of my body that that would be a unhealth weight for myself about 200lbs is usually a health weight for me. So does anyone know of a body messurement system that can find what my weight should be based on height and body build?

the only way is to have your bodyfat measures which can’t be done with just measurements with a tape measure or height etc.

to get a bodyfat % you need to be measured either with bioelectrical impedance (bodyfat scales) which are the least accurate, calipers or one of the more expensive option of underwater weighing or MRI.
