hi im 13. male. 5’6 160 lbs. umm i have comcast and i have these exercise shows there with leslie sansone. its called start walking. i have the one mile, 2 mile, and 3 mile vid. would i lose pounds doing this everyday. like 2 miles everyday?
I use that too! I was really over wieght and now im changed! Im much more better. I use Leslie Sansone too. It really helped. Oh yes you would loose a lot of pounds! Its just like running or walking three or two or one mile! You will see a lot of changes with your body soon. Hope i helped you.
