Kettlenetics work

I really need to know how many women are looking after using this program. I understand that weight loss, my concern is filling. I do not want to look like I can play in the front line of any NFL team. I want to see the feminine tone lean not bulky. All reports in bulk after using the program? I do not want my arms, neck, upper body mass. I want to firm and tone, lose weight.

Kettle Bells are good. I'm obviously not a woman, but I have worked with many fitness models / competitors. What you must realize, no matter what is the weight as you go, it is impossible to consider as a lineman in the NFL, unless, of course, very great. (But few women) If done correctly, Kettle Bells is a very intense workout that burns lots of fat and built muscle.
