I have been passionate about studying medicine, can I still do it if I am quite sensitive to blood?

I am 17 and have been really passionate about studying medicine to be a Doctor, I think I am okay with the studying, and paper part of medicine, but I just don’t know if I will be able to handle needles and blood, does anyone know if you became less sensitive to this as you study more at medical school?

Think about it, will you be able to dissect a cadaver in medical school? Cause you won’t get far in med school if you can’t and you HAVE to dissect your cadaver.
