I hurt my lower back?

I am 18 and I was bouncing on a trampoline and got bounced and landed on my neck/head area. my legs folded over top of my head and immediately i felt stiff with pain. It’s been a week, and it is very painful at times. I can walk easily and bend over in most cases. I can’t lift heavy weights off the ground without feeling severe pain in my lower back and for some reason cant run because it causes pain. I have to go on vacation tommorow. Help?

alright you may want to see a chiropracter or you might want to lay down and have someone walk on your back, if someone walks on your back and it pops rest for about a minute then get up and dont do as much hard things by a day or two it should feel better same with chiropracter wait a good night sleep and another day too
