Will SlenderTone FLEX Ab toning thing help lose fat around my waist area?
My waist has some fat around it, I do not work out, I have weak abs as well. I was wondering if I were to use this, if the fat around my waist will be reduced (I know it will not be removed, just want to know if it will be reduced).
If I had to take an educated guess I would say that based on your sedentary lifestyle (not working out) you have a good chance of losing some of the fat. Now you must remember that this device will most likely build muscle not burn fat. Although you will burn up some fat in the muscle building process, you have a greater chance of getting rid of the fat by doing some type of heavy cardiovascular exercise. But overall I definitely encourage you to try this out, after all what do you have to lose except a little fat. Also to burn a pound of fat you must use up 3,500 calories. This can be done by reducing your calorie intake and a combination of exercises to burn extra calories. Hope this has been helpful!
