
The advantage of stretching exercise
It is a well known fact that before any type of physical training is necessary to perform some simple stretching exercise so there is less risk of injury. But for more help with your training there are certain things you can do to make it more enjoyable.
It is a fact that injuries that occur during exercise can be avoided if the person not only warm up before a session training, but also as a general cooling. By allowing this five minute period at the end of an exercise routine will increase muscle flexibility, well beyond the period of physical activity and reduce the risk of injury after training.
For example, techniques while stretching to warm up the last third of the time that the same movements you make when you're cold, so should last minute. It is not advisable to stretch and relax right away but to return to the starting position slowly.
Do not go in a straight position and then return immediately to the resting position, and on several occasions that is more appropriately called rebound, while in one position.
