I need a diet plan?
I just had twins 3 months ago. I now weigh 198lbs, I would like to loose about 40-45 lbs. I hsve a red exerciser for my abs and I will do winsor but how often should I work out and what should my calorie intake be?
u need to walk fo 1 hour day don’t jog just fast walk,and eat fruit and no junk food
