Not enough to solve, your question does not make sense because the P wave is the SA node firing the atria, while the ST segment is ventricular re-polarization.
Could you mean an inverted P wave?
The P wave is part of the PR interval that represents atrial depolarization. Therefore, if its truly a P wave, it is coming from the atria.
Ectopic beats suggest coming from a site or tissue that it normally is not found. This could be a junctional site depending on the previous history of the patient.
Diagnostically, it really don’t matter.
