Best exercises for shoulder posture?

My shoulders have always sat quite forward which is not natural and not very flattering, I want to stand proud with my shoulders back and wide.
What exercises would be best to build the muscles which would set them in their intended place, where it will feel natural just like the incorrect posture feels natural right now?
I also have a pull up and dip station that I would like to incorporate any exercises with.

Overhand pull-ups (where your palms are facing away from you) are great as a shoulder exercise. However, they do require dedication, so if you’ve never done them before expect to only be able to do a couple. They are used quite extensively in the military as well, if that’s the sort of thing you’re aiming for. If you have built up the muscles on your arms a lot, and your shoulders/back very little, you will hunch forward due to the weight difference.
