The best way to gain weight and muscle and a faster pace?

I'm 6'8 "185 and tried to take the weight of school havent put my secondary tech bowflex select a certain time and have not been able to find the results I'm looking for. I the protein is serum creatine, and even dieted 5000 calories when I was in high school. I am preparing to go back and get a gym and do what I do. Any ideas?
