Mountaineering becomes much more difficult it must pass to reach the summit. In addition to normal hazards of climbing, snow and ice loss of oxygen into the highest levels of the mountain and the need to find shelter in adverse conditions much adds to the difficulties facing a climber. With great visibility, it must be very careful to follow the travel distances and use a compass to measure the direction they move. Even someone who is familiar with a mountain can be lost in a whiteout is essentially the same as travel in the dark. Finally, climbers must beware dangers of oxygen depletion. The higher you go, the less oxygen in the air and all the time to do so. Rises that would be easy at low altitude require a great effort that people get tired more quickly, and medical problems from lack of oxygen headaches, sleep problems, nausea, loss of appetite and general fatigue. If additional oxygen is made, the levels must be constantly reviewed. Nightlife is more difficult, but it may be safer if you can do because they run the risk of dying from a sudden loss if oxygen is depleted.
